PRIVACY POLICY OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Metalminotti s.r.l., (hereinafter the “Firm” or “Metalminotti”) in its quality of Owner of data processing, wishes to inform you that EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter GDPR) regulates the protection of personal data. Metalminotti s.r.l. treats the processing of personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and necessity, thus protecting your rights.
Personal data will be processed, without prejudice to the obligation of confidentiality, in accordance with the GDPR and its implementing EU and Italian laws, as amended and integrated from time to time (the “Applicable Privacy Law”).
To this end we provide you with the following information.
THE CONTROLLER OF DATA PROCESSING
Following access to this website, data regarding identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “Data Controller” of such data processing shall be Metalminotti S.r.l., Via G. Puccini, 21, 20028, San Vittore Olona (MI).
PLACE AT WHICH DATA WILL BE PROCESSED
Any personal data processing operation provided by you, shall be carried out solely by personnel of Metalminotti in charge of the processing of this data.
Occasionally the personal data may be accessed by external persons (such as external suppliers of technical services, mail couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, persons entrusted with occasional maintenance operations) acting in the name or on behalf of Metalminotti, duly appointed by the Data Controller, where necessary, as data processor pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR. An up-to-date list of data processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The optional, express and voluntary sending of messages through this site and/or by e-mail to the addresses displayed on this web site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, required to reply to any request, as well as of other personal data contained in the message.
PROCEDURES AND PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING
Metalminotti may process personal data either in paper format or by automated means for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which such data has been collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The personal data shall be used, in compliance with current legislation and without prejudice to the obligations of confidentiality, exclusively for purposes connected to and/or instrumental to the execution of the contractual relationship between the undersigned and the data subject – excluding, therefore, any other use and/or use conflicting with the interests of the latter (“data subject”) – such as:
- Fulfillment of the existing contractual and precontractual obligations with you;
- Fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations;
- Obligations related to customer/supplier management (master data administration, contracts, orders, invoices);
- Administrative management of the contracts, including the management of payments and invoices;
- Dispute management (failure to meet contractual obligations, legal disputes);
- For the attendance and submitting bids, wherever references are requested.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to previous paragraph (from a to f) is mandatory and the related processing, pursuant to current legislation, may be made without the consent of the person concerned. The lack of data provision will result in our inability to fulfill and comply with the commitments undertaken in your comparisons and arising from the existing contractual or pre-contractual relationship.
Your personal data could also be collected for the following purposes:

g) Market research, sending promotional and marketing material, marketing and advertising activities, both by means of traditional contact methods, such as mail or phone calls through an operator and by means of automated calling systems and systems treated as equivalent to such, pursuant to article 130 of Legislative Decree n° 196/2003
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in paragraph g) is optional. With regards to this paragraph, you have the right to withdraw your consent, if the processing is based upon it, at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not prejudice the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.
For the reason of completeness, it is important to mention that in some cases (not within the ordinary management of this site) the Authorities may request information pursuant to article 58 of the GDPR, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In such event, the reply to such request is obligatory; failure to do so shall result in an administrative sanction.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Ihe data subjects are entitled at any time, when the conditions set forth by the law occur, to have confirmation of the existence of such data and to be acquainted with its contents, to verify its source and to require its rectification, integration, updating or limitation of the processing (artt. 15-22 of the Regulation). Any subject also is entitled to request that his/her data processed are deleted, turned into anonymous or blocked, as well as to object, for lawful reasons, to its processing. Users may also, in relation to the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy, send complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
UPDATES OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by giving communication to the users on this page. You are therefore kindly invited to consult this page having reference to the date of last modification at the page bottom. In case of non-acceptance of this Privacy Policy as amended, the user is entitled to obtain from the Data Controller the removal of his/her personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous “Privacy Policy” shall continue to apply to personal data collected until that moment.
